Treatments were zeolite (0, 10, 20 and 30 t ha-1) and water deficit stress (normal irrigation, irrigation disruption at flowering initiation, full flowering, pod initiation and grain filling). Results showed the significant effects of zeolite on the stem width, leaf weight per plant, total soluble carbohydrates, and significant effect of irrigation disruption on the stem width, plant height, leaf weight per plant, and harvest index. Interaction effect between irrigation and zeolite on the biological yield, the number of leaf per plant, proline and stem weight was significant, too. The plants without irrigation disruption were shown the maximum biological yield (14.51 g plant-1) and stem weight (3.53 g plant-1) and minimum leaf proline (0.15 mg g-1 DW), but irrigation disruption at flowering showed the minimum biological yield (2.15 g plant-1) and stem weight (0.56 g plant-1), and maximum leaf proline content (0.58 mg g-1 DW). Similar trend in plant height, leaf weight and number per plant with biomass show that leaves are important part of plant biological function. The accumulation of total soluble carbohydrates was different from proline, so the highest (267.8 mg g-1 DW) and lowest (175.4 mg g-1 DW) soluble sugar were respectively obtained from 0 and 10 t ha-1 zeolite application. }, keywords = {Irrigation disruption,proline,soluble carbohydrate,Vigna radiata,zeolite}, title_fa = {جبران کاهش تولید بیوماس ماش سبز (Vigna radiata) ناشی از قطع آبیاری با کاربرد مقادیر مختلف زئولیت}, abstract_fa = {برای بررسی جبران کاهش عملکرد بیولوژیک ماش سبز رقم NM92، یک آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سال 1390 در دانشگاه ارومیه با 3 تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل مقادیر زئولیت (صفر، 10، 20 و  30 تن در هکتار) و تنش خشکی (عدم قطع آبیاری، و قطع آبیاری در شروع گلدهی، گلدهی کامل، شروع تشکیل نیام و پر شدن دانه) بودند. اثر مقادیر زئولیت بر قطر ساقه، وزن برگ در بوته و کل کربوهیدراتهای محلول و اثر قطع آبیاری بر قطر ساقه، ارتفاع بوته، وزن برگ در بوته و شاخص برداشت معنی‌دار شد. اثرمتقابل زئولیت و قطع آبیاری روی عملکرد بیولوژیک و تعداد برگ در بوته، پرولین و وزن ساقه معنی‌دار بود. تیمار عدم قطع آبیاری با 20 تن زئولیت در هکتار بیشترین عملکرد بیولوژیک (51/14 گرم در هر بوته)، وزن ساقه (53/3 گرم دربوته) و حداقل میزان پرولین (15/0 میلیگرم درگرم ماده خشک) و تیمار قطع آبیاری در شروع گلدهی بدون زئولیت کمترین عملکرد بیولوژیک (15/2 گرم دربوته)، وزن ساقه (56/0 گرم دربوته) و حداکثر میزان پرولین برگ (58/0 میلیگرم درگرم ماده خشک) را نشان داد. مشابهت روند تغییر در ارتفاع بوته، تعداد و وزن برگ در هر بوته با بیوماس کل نشان میدهد که برگ به عنوان جزو موثر عملکرد بیولوژیک است. تجمع قندهای محلول در این آزمایش نسبت به پرولین متفاوت بود. بیشترین (8/267 میلیگرم درگرم ماده خشک) و کمترین (4/175 میلیگرم درگرم ماده خشک) میزان قند محلول برگی به ترتیب از تیمارهای عدم کاربرد زئولیت و 10 تن زئولیت در هکتار به دست آمد.}, keywords_fa = {پرولین,زئولیت,قطع آبیاری,قند محلول,ماش}, url = {https://rce.uma.ac.ir/article_238.html}, eprint = {https://rce.uma.ac.ir/article_238_034fa944b0754b57cbbc77907beab9af.pdf} }
