In order to study the effect of bio-fertilizers on yield and yield components of pot marigold (Calendula officinalis L.), an experiment was carried out as completely randomized design with 4 replications in 2012. Treatments were vermi-compost levels including 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 % and SMC (Spent Mushroom Compost) as 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 %. Results showed that vermi-compost and SMC had significant effects on the studied traits including nitrogen, potassium, phosphorous, number of leave, LAI, number of lateral stems, stem dry weight, leaf dry weight, dry matter, flower number per plant and flower dry weight. The highest values of most of the traits were obtained at SMC 50% and vermi-compost 50%, affecting the yield components and seed yield of pot marigold positively. It seems that organic fertilizers have not harmful effects of chemical fertilizers, and may be lead to improved quality and quantity of Marigold.
