To assess the properties of the minituber of potato varieties under the influence of different substrate compositions in planting bed, an experiment carried out in greenhouse and laboratory as factorial based on completely randomized design with three replications. Treatments were three potato cultivars Agria (V1), Sprite (V2) and Satina (V3), and fourteen planting beds (1 to 14), respectively. Analysis of variance from measured traits (mini-tuber dry weight per plant, mini-tuber average weight, plant height after 70 day, number of main stem, mini-tuber per plant and number of green leaves per plant) showed that planting beds and cultivars had significant effect and there was not significant interaction between the cultivar and planting bed. Vermicompost beds had the most production (mini-tuber dry weight per plant, number of main stem and mini-tuber per plant) and placed with joint to 12, 5, 11, 14, 9 and 13 planting beds. Planting beds of 12, 5, 11, 14, 13, 8, 10 and 4 were placed in same group for traits of mini-tuber dry weight per plant and number of main stem and were similar with 6 planting bed. The results showed that vermicompost planting bed and Spirit cultivar was a suitable condition for the highest number of mini tuber.
